The interview process consisted of primarily two rounds, both approximately 30 minutes. The first round consisted of behavioral/light technical questions and the second round consisted of half gauging my understanding and competency based on my past projects and half technical questions. Overall, the experience was very enlightening. Everyone along the hiring process (recruiter at the job fair, my recruiter, and each interviewer) all had experience with other companies and expressed their loyalty and happiness for ADP. They are very quick to respond to your application/completed interview, and provide a lot of flexibility for you. I truly felt that I was valued, even though I hadn't even started working for ADP.
