I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ADP (Florham Park, NJ) in Mar 2019
Interview
Very unprofessional, they have no regard for your time which was stated in other reviews and they jerked me around. Took them weeks to get back to me with a final answer. First interview is meeting with 4 sales executives, said all they want is someone that is hard working with a good attitude and coachable. They called me back and said they wanted me back to do a seat ride which is dumb. How could u do the job with no training and it’s supposedly entry level. They said the whole point of it is to just make an “appointment “ from the seat ride. I called two people in the seat ride and i was able to make an appointment. Thought i did really well overall with both interviews. Said i would get an answer by the end of the week. I never heard so i emailed them the following week and then i emailed the recruiter the week after that and she finally got back to me saying that they moved on with someone else. I asked for feedback the recruiter said i was hardworking with good attitude but the sales team said the interview was a little rehearsed. Glad i didn’t get it they are rude people here at Florham Park!

Other Inside Sales Representative Interview Reviews for ADP
Phone interview, then video interview, then in person. Make sure you complete the "homework" they assign you prior to each interview stage. Otherwise it's not a terribly difficult process. I had to do a role play call in my in-person interview, but again it wasn't bad.
Easy process - phone interview and In-person. Spoke with the recruiter first and then with the VP of sales before the in person. In person was with 3 sales executives.
Come prepared the recruiter definitely will set you up because in the end they get paid on you getting hired. Take a day or two to at least prepare for it and wear a suit if you’re a male female business suit works well too go in confident with enthusiasm and high energy
