Interview
I went through 6 stages (5 interviews and 1 challege) including one interview with an area VP in the states, only to be told that the description now required that I spoke another language. ADP should really think about it’s needs before making someone go right through to the last stage.

The process was thorough and very well organized at every step of the way. The recruiting team was communicative but the timeframe took a bit too long and they could miss out on good talent if they take too long to give feedback.

The interview process was easy on my end. The interview was through Blue Jeans and one of the managers had to reschedule, but it worked out okay. The recruiter was excellent on keeping me up to date with information I needed.
