I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ADP (San Dimas, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
When i meet my interviewing manager and ask her how is her day, she immediately stated that she wishes this day was over. It was my first impression. We interviewed for about an hour and pretty much all this time she did not ask me any relevant question about position i applied for. It was an one hour of my resume critique. She keep saying that she would like that i had add an examples of my work in to my resume, i replayed, if i add examples, them my resume will be like 50 pages long. She agreed. Then she went on and on about she would changed section of my resume to something else. I tried to change subject by saying that she have me right up front of her and she can ask me any question and i can give her lots of examples, but all came to nope she really did not want to hear anything.
It was overall very unpleasant and odd experience, as i could use my time do very much more important things then listen about interviewer opinion about my resume for an hour. I would advise management do not interview if they personally affected by their bad day and they trying to go off on a person that they never even meet. Very unprofessional. I would say stay away if you can, there much better places to work.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Tunis) in Apr 2026
Interview
I was invited for an on-site interview at the company's headquarters. The process was straightforward, lasting about 20 minutes—a standard HR screening. It began with a warm welcome from the recruiter, followed by questions on my background, skills, and motivation for the role. We discussed my resume highlights and availability.
Teams interview with the and face to face interview with the hiring manager.
A behavioural interview with the hrin 30 min and the hiring manager interview still in process. .

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ADP (Milton Keynes, England) in Sep 2025
Interview
All interviews facilitated remotely.
First I was invited to a call with a recruitment partner from ADP. A ‘get to know’ and eligibility session. Very friendly and informal.
First ‘official’ stage interview with hiring manager, another informal ‘get to know eachother’ and some background about why they’re hiring, the expectations for the role and a bit about the company. I was only asked to talk a little about my experience and my motivations to apply. It was really an open chat.
Second interview was a meet the team (two other Product Managers) and the hiring manager. Another fairly informal session, get to know the product, including a screen demo, finished by some competency based questions, which were elaborated on by the other PMs to understand how I work and my approach to agile / ceremonies, user story writing etc. Again, didn’t feel too formal, they were really just trying to determine if I’d be suitable to work with.
No further interviews beyond that - was offered the role! Worth mentioning this was the way the hiring manager likes to interview, you may not have the same experience with another hiring manager.
Really efficient process all in all, with a good level of communication from the recruitment partner throughout the process.
