Interview
7 rounds of interviews with phone screen, peer, directors and VPs. Intrusive level of questioning at phone screen of my personal finances. After 3 months of interviews with some very lovely people I did receive an offer. However, when I would not provide copies of my pay stubs or 1099s they rescinded the offer.
ADP never provided a justification for this as part of their background check , only repeating "It's our policy." I explained that providing ADP with copies of my client's invoices would betray not only my Nondisclosure Agreement with them but also my integrity. Similarly, only the IRS should be asking for copies of my 1099 forms. Nonetheless the requests for documentation of my compensation continued over the course of a few weeks.
Several times I invited ADP to contact any of my clients directly or to speak with my current employer if they needed an employment verification. Since they insisted on an income verification instead, I could not comply and they took back the offer.

Interview
This was one of the best interview experiences I have been exposed to and I have participated in a lot of different processes. This should be expected from a leading HR technology company, but I was still impressed.
The general flow for the interview was very standard (Talent Acquisition > Hiring Manager > Team Member & Hiring Manager > Department Director), but having the ability to seamlessly work around my own schedule through A.V.A without having to deal with the clunky back-and-forth you experience in most interview processes was the icing on the cake.

Interview
I saw the job post online and I submitted my resume. I was contacted by the recruiter for a preliminary phone screen. After that, there were three more phone screens and a final face-to-face panel interview.
