      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (La Palma, CA) in May 2015

      Interview

The interview process was very great, but slowed up. It started with my submitted application online. I then had to complete an online assessment which was pretty easy. A day later I was contacted by a recruiter for what seemed to be a 30 minute phone screen. Unlike others he was very patient, helpful and conversational. I was then contacted by a recruiter who conducted a more general interview with me for about 45mins to an hour. That interview also went smooth and just spoke to my resume (education, prior roles, involvement and general interest). I was then assured that I would be moved to the next phase of the interview process. I was then contacted by the same recruiter who became my point of contact with a schedule for my in-person interview and what to expect. A week later I met with a current Client Service Manager for my first phase of interviewing. When I tell you this manager has me on my toes I am not joking. She began our interview by stating I scored very high in the online assessment, higher than she'd ever seen. She then dove right into the interview by throwing all types of curve balls, scenarios, what-if questions and much more. It was one of the best interviews I had in a very very long time. I then went to watch a video on my the role and what to expect in terms of workload, trajectory and training in a separate room. I then met with the director of Client Services. His interview was more about getting to know me and had basic questions.Note: If you are not asked to go to meet with the director you are more than likely not a good fit. A week after my interview I was pretty eager to know of their decision, so I followed up with the recruiter before she could call me. The following day I was contacted with an offer for employment.

      Question 1

Why ADP? Where do you see yourself in five years? Tell me about a time when you have to deal with a difficult client. Tell me about a time where you had to deliverable unfavorable news. Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult internal customer. Make sure to study other client service interview posts like mine and review the questions posted. It really helped me. Also be sure to do your research on the role and the company.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ADP (Baltimore, MD)

      Interview

The first interview with company was a scheduled phone call with a reprensentative from Talent and Acquisitions. A series of pre-scripted questions were asked. After responding, I was provided with the next steps in the three part interview process. Glassdoor reviews are insightful with the 'Dos and Donts' as I'm going through the interview process.

      Application

The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ADP

      Interview

Applied in December and a few weeks later received a phone interview. After that a assessment and then another phone interview. I was asked to come in for a face to face interview and the hiring manager really liked me. I was moved on to the last interview which was a phone interview which as in February. I felt the phone interview went pretty good. I was told I would hear something within a week. A week past and I never heard anything so I email the recruiter and she said she had not heard anything yet. A few days later I email her again and she said they decided not to fill the position and to put the position on hold. This was a complete waste of time. I have never heard of a hiring process that took so long and then they end up not filling the position. A few weeks later I saw the job posting again and I email the recruiter and she said they had just posted the position but were not actually trying to fill it at the time. The whole process was terrible and very unprofessional.

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at ADP (Columbia, MD) in Nov 2016

      Interview

Phone interview by recruiter then assessment test passed face to face with HR & floor manager for about one hour. Not your typical entry level position was told everyone starts out as a trainee. Like for employees to invest three years in company based on performance can move to level 1,2 etc. Position more involved than job description posted more like a HR consultant lots of laws and regulations learning curve at least 18 months to three years
