      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Florham Park, NJ) in Jun 2015

      Interview

I was first called by the recruiter to have about a half hour conversation about myself, the job, and how I fit into it. I was then set up to go in for an interview with the 3 department manager in the office. I go there 15 minutes early, like any one should, and sat around for another 45 minutes before I got called into my interview. I was interviewed by one of the manager and a senior member of the team. It was basic question, nothing that through me off. They were nice but not too enthusiastic. Once done I waited another 15 minutes to interview with another manager. Again same type of question. Very nice guy who really seemed interested in what I was saying. That was my last interview for the day. Each took about a half hour. The next day the recruiter called me to set up another interview with the 3rd manager and a seat ride, or job preview. I got there and again had to wait about a half hour to start my first interview with another manager, basically the same question. After that I went and sat with a team member and made call, or did the job, for about 10-15 minutes. It was a good preview of the work. After that I did not hear from anyone again until I got a rejection email about 2-3 weeks later. Overall, the experience itself was not bad but the wait time for my interviews and for any contact to be made about the job offer makes it seem as though they have no regard for your time. Although I did not get an offer for that specific job, the company has called and emailed me to set up interviews for other departments.

      Application

I interviewed at ADP (Pittsburgh, PA)

      Interview

Phone interview, then video interview, then in person. Make sure you complete the "homework" they assign you prior to each interview stage. Otherwise it's not a terribly difficult process. I had to do a role play call in my in-person interview, but again it wasn't bad.
