I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ADP (San Dimas, CA)

Interview

Interviewed with 2 managers a Technical Lead on-site. Also met with the acting Director all in the same day. In the beginning the atmosphere seemed like a great environment to work in. The technical questions were mediocre at best and the main interview questions were more to see if you could speak English.

I interviewed twice. It was a webex video interview. I believed an interview is a two-way conversation. It was extremely uncomfortable when you have your webcam turned on but the interviewer doesn't have it on.

First Technical interview on data structures and design patterns, followed by one more technical round with the respective team we are gonna work with. Finally manager discussion and hr discussion on the package details

It was online webex interview with the following rounds: Round 1: Tech Interview Had a webex call with four different interviewers one after another. It took about 2 hours. Round 2: Behavioral Had a webex call with two managers and went through some behavioral questions.
