Submitted an application and was contacted in a couple of weeks. Everything progressed smoothly and rapidly until I learned about a URS Employment Training Contract. The form was generic and required about 1.5 years of service or forced to pay back up to $146,000. Agreement had zero costs identified and had no exemptions listed for hardships, medical status, etc. Pilots that are considering AECOM or URS instructor pilot positions: Make SURE you request a copy of the training agreement BEFORE you quit your current job, travel, sell your house, etc.
