Interview
HR phone chat first. Very pleasant. Interview with senior management second. Very informal chat with management. Difficult to prepare for was more of a conversation. Felt as though I had much more to say about my experience, but we ran out of time.
The interview process was 3 interviews over teams and were overall polite and friendly. The interviews were with seniors PMs and they were asking where I would wish to be seconded and what projects I have worked on previously.

Interviewed with someone I was already professionally connected to who supported me throughout the hiring process. In my experience it was better to have connections there to get hired. They also valued community/client connections very highly.

Interview
Interview was good, sensible questions that assessed how well you would do at the job. The 2 people interviewing were great and so friendly. Sadly waited 4 weeks for a response and was then told I was unsuccessful.
