A hurried, 30-minute resume review with the prospective new manager. New Manager stated I had all the credentials he was looking for (I had arrived through two recommendations) but he used the "rush" technique to intimidate me. The second interview with his boss who didn't say anything, nor ask any questions.
The hiring process was backward -they did the background check, reviewed my tax returns/paycheck stubs from a previous employer, etc. negotiated a lower salary, and then offered me the position.
In 4.5 years, the Manager continued to control/edit all my work product - or toss it in the trash -and publically humiliate me in front of our senior management.
