      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AIG (New York, NY) in Jan 2012

      Interview

      Traditional interview process. Initial phone screening from HR, preliminary phone interview with hiring manager, three in person interview with: hiring manager, one peer, manager of the hiring manager. Overall process was smooth, AIG is undergoing a major transformation, all the people I spoke to where relaltively new, one year tops in the company. I have got the feeling that the jury is still out on whether they will manage to turn AIG culture and company around into a company that is efficient and based on meritocracy.
