I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at AIG (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview process was very straight forward and easy going. I submitted my resume online and was contacted by the branch VP to schedule a face to face interview. 3 days later I interviewed with the Underwriting Assistant Supervisor and Branch Vice President. The interview went very well and they asked me general questions about my work history along with things related to my college career. I could easily tell that they were more concerned with how I preformed in school and less in my previous working experience.

Question 1
Did you take any Risk Management courses in college?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AIG in Sep 2025
Interview
Typical phone screen then zoom interview. I only applied because on the job description, it listed remote option, with additional information stating "Remote was not meant to be used as a replacement for daycare" which threw me for a loop because, ADA compliant or not? However, I have always heard good things about AIG and looked past that. It was clear, remote is difficult for majority to achieve at AIG and you won't even be considered for the roles if you need it.
