Face to face interview to review industry experience, sales potential, and communication skills. Get your thoughts on working evenings and ability to travel. Usually very casual, maybe even lunch or dinner just to get a feel for you as a person and communicator.

Very standard interview. Was about sales and long term goals. Familiarity with retirement vehicles and when to apply them. Along with some role playing of scenarios. In this position the interview is generally a formality before hiring if you have the correct certifications.
