I interviewed with three different hiring managers at the AIG office in Charlotte, NC. The interviews were very casual in the sense that we spoke more about my qualifications and the job position rather than asking specific questions. No technical questions asked. I heard back from the recruiter in 2 days informing me of my offer.

After completing a screening process, I interviewed with three different people back to back. There were definitely situational, behavioral, and technical questions though, I was asked the same exact problem solving question by two of the people interviewing me. The process was really nice and easy up until this last bit. After completing the final round, it has been over a month since hearing from them and I was told a date, that has passed, that I would have an answer by.
