I applied through college or university. I interviewed at AIG (New York, NY)
Interview
One informal phone call with HR recruiter. One super day consisting of three 45-minute behavioral interviews. Interviews were with multiple managers across the Operations division. Managers try hire for their teams, but if they think you fit elsewhere, they will recommend you for another team. Make sure you leave time for questions you ask the manager.

Interview
While the people were nice, the the interview process itself was long, convoluted and not transparent. I went in multiple times (5+) and everyone's understanding of the job description, timeline, next steps was slightly different. I think HR was also a little overwhelmed with all the hiring needs because I either had to follow up multiple times or there were long bouts of silence. In the end, I decided they either weren't really that interested and just declined moving forward. The process itself seemed like a red flag to the possible bureaucracy and paperwork awaiting me there anyway.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AIG (Karāchi) in Jun 2010
