Interview
1. Applied online - give yourself plenty time. There’s a few questions about leadership etc
2. Did online tests - do practice tests first to prepare (google them) under a lot of time pressure but not too tricky
3. Online video interview with nine questions under a lot of time pressure. Make sure to research aldi business model and culture and practice short answers
