I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ALDI (Columbus, OH) in Oct 2011
Interview
The interviewing process was set up so that if you applied, they would interview you. You attend an information session and then the next day you are interviewed by a divisional manager. The divisional managers in Ohio were pretty laid back and the interview was not very high pressure. The interview was normal question and answer format.
