I applied through other source. I interviewed at ALDI (Daytona Beach, FL) in Sep 2017
Interview
Went to a hiring event, it was rom 6am to 12pm (I was there exactly at 6am) I was told to fill out an application and that the hiring manager would look over the applications. I waited a week and then tried to call to just see when people should hear back, but their only phone number told you to send in an email. I sent in an email and heard back a week later saying that “the hiring manager was looking over applications and you should receive an email regarding it if you was scheduled for an interview or not”...turned out the hiring manager just wanted applications on hand in case they would need to hiring more people.
There was a three-step interview process
A group interview, an individual, and a final interview with the district manager. There was roughly a 2-week period between each step. The process took a while, but everyone who interviewed me was very friendly.
Interview process went very smoothly. Within a week or two I heard from the store manager to scheduled the interview. After my interview with the store manager I spoke to the district manager and was offered a position shortly after that.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ALDI (Chesterfield, MO) in Aug 2025
Interview
Super quick- said it was a group interview but it was just me and one other person and we were called in individually by the manager for about 5-10 minutes. Asked very basic questions, about 5. asked if I had any questions and then told me they'd let me know by the end of the week.
