Quite long but easy online application. When you pass it they send you a video interview. Everything is well explained and it is easy but in my case the screen remained gray and that caused confusion and nerves in me.

Pleasant and honest. Interview was held a hotel conference space in an open day format. Prospective workers were called in batches in a sort of ‘speed dating’ format. Interviewers were actual assistant store managers and as such were able to provide relevant insight into the role.

Informal interview so if you don't become best friends with the interviewer at the end, you wont get the job however I'm glad I wasn't put through as the interviewer told me that it does not only consist of stock and some customer service, as you'll be basically be doing 4 jobs in rotation most of the time. Yes, not for that pay I wont, thanks for the rejection :)
