Online application with assessment and competency based questions with no option to upload a CV . You spend alot of time reading your whole CV into their format with no feedback as you get a copy and paste decline.Terrible process
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Applied online and did an assessment and some competency based questions and also a full application as you cant upload CV, basically a full initial interview that takes about an hour to complete. Declined via copy and paste email , with the normal very busy and cant give feedback. Terrible candidate journey and if the Aldi recruiter was competent enough then they would of picked up about the candidate journey piece from my application . Says wonders about your process , rather terrible to get candidates to spend so much time on an application with no proper feedback

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ALDI (Bolton, England)
