I heard good thing about ALDI so when I recieved an opportunity for and interview I took it. I arrived 10 minutes before interview was supposed to start and waited 35 minutes. I was asked a few basic questions and was sent on my way. Very annoying to wait that long and not even get an offer but if that's how the store was run it's likely for the better.
You're corralled into the front of the store with twenty other people; each person looks at the other like they know what's coming. Then, two smiling managers appear from the back—and it's a speed date marathon.

it was a long interview process many steps required.last step of the process is a tour of the aldi where u meet the workers and they ask you more questions and it can take a while. good pay but good luck
