ALTA interview questions

First round phone interview was nice. Good conversation with their HR representative, Learning about the work they do with members really helped to gain an understanding of the role. I would have liked to speak with members of their GR team to learn more about their policy and advocacy goals, but that would have been covered in the second interview I expect.
