Signed in at the customer service desk and waited in the theater lobby before being led upstairs. The interview was just basic interview questions, mostly situational ("Describe a time when..."). It was a one on one interview with one of the theater's supervisors in a conference room.
Online application before in-person. A lot of situational questions on dealing with guests. Very corporate on how you must answer no leeway on dealing very cookiecutter must answer by the book.
