I applied online and completed the questions they had. 2 weeks later, management called me in a “pre-interview” and asked if I had any tattoos, piercings, etc. We scheduled an interview for the next day as well. I was nervous for the interview, but it turned out way easier than I thought and they offered me the job on the spot.
Online application before in-person. A lot of situational questions on dealing with guests. Very corporate on how you must answer no leeway on dealing very cookiecutter must answer by the book.
