Interview
Did a group interview. They asked one question for each person. Very easy such as one word to describe yourself. Then did a one on one interview where the manager asked about customer experience. That was the old AMC. Now you are asked about sales and required to show them how you would sale/upscale a Stubs card.

How would you sell a stubs card if a person declines the offer.
It was very straight foward, the interview wasn't diffcult and I enjoyed it. The postion was explained to me very well and what to expect. I ended up getting the job
Got a call in the evening and was informed they were a hiring manager and wanted to conduct a phone interview immediately. Took me by surprise but I agreed and they proceeded with the questions.

Interview
First interview was over the phone then the second was In person with an assistant manager. I was asked a couple questions, then hired on the spot. Be mindful that they will ask you to pitch their card, so do your homework!
