Phone Interview followed by on-site interview. Phone interview was explaining the position and what the company does. On-site interview started with a tour of the facility and then the interview questions.
One phone call with the recruiter, one virtual with the manager, and one final onsite. Okay experience, ghosted by my recruiter after the final. The process took around 2 months.
