ARI Network Services interview questions

Quick phone screen interview, followed by an online IQ test and personality test, prior to interview. Then one in-person interview at their office. Hiring manager was very friendly, interview seemed to the point and personable - no B.S. I liked the guy. It did take quite a long time to hear about the position, but it was a new job they were creating, so that's understandable.

via telephone - would have liked a face to face interview; a lot of psychological questions. I would have liked to know more about the position and how I can grow with the company
