Interview
I had an interview with ARRC that went well, and after the interview ARRC stated they would contact me on Friday. The interview was on a Monday, and Friday came and went without any communication from them. This was my first indication that I was dealing with an unorganized company. I then emailed them on Monday and received a short reply saying I would be updated soon. Another week passed and I didn’t hear anything. I then decided to call ARRC and they didn’t even know who I was. They proceeded to explain that they were still interviewing people. Couldn’t they have said that in the email? The bottom line is that ARRC is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. They interviewed more people than they could keep track of. Easily the worst interview experience I’ve ever had. Please DO NOT waste your time with ARRC/Chartec.

Question 1
The interviewer asked me if I balanced my own checkbook, which is a very strange question since it's 2018 and no one uses checks anymore.
