There were 2 interview stages. The 1 stage was with senior buyers. They asked generic questions, going through the CV. The 2nd stage was with the buying manager. They asked more in depth questions relating to past work experiences
They were asking to do a presentation and a couple of competency based questions. Unfortunately I was ghosted my the hiring manager after sending 2 follow-up emails. My worst interview so far.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ASDA (Leeds, England)
Interview
The interview was extremely formal, but the interviewers were friendly and welcoming. The questions were hard and had to take some time to think of answers after being asked which left me quite flustered. Lots of pressure!
