Minimal interview process. They seemed to care more about what days you are available to work. The only interview took place over the phone where they confirmed a couple details with me. Would not say any prep is required for this interview
Quick and straight to the point - interviewers didn’t waste time and asked 4 questions, about my experience and what my availability is like. They called within a few to offer me a christmas temp role which turned permanent.

What previous customer service experience do you have?
This was a Straight forward type interview basically wanting to know that I am a team player therefore team player type questions were asked however time keeping was quite a deal with them
