I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T
Interview
The interview for this process is pretty easy. It starts off with the online assessment. Then comes the phone screen and the Skype interview. After those is the most difficult part of the process, the role play. The role play has 2 scenarios. The first is to sell att service based on the customers need. The second is to handle an upset customer
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at AT&T in Feb 2025
Interview
I went through one of the most unprofessional and frustrating interview processes I’ve ever experienced with AT&T’s B2B program. The process started in early February and dragged on for over two months without any clear communication or respect for my time.
Multiple times, interviewers didn’t show up to scheduled meetings. I was left waiting for hours only to find out later they were on vacation and apparently unaware of scheduled interviews. I had to follow up constantly just to keep things moving. It took ages to even reach the final interviews due to repeated no-shows and scheduling issues.
To make things worse, I was never formally notified of the outcome. I had to take the initiative and reach out to staffing myself in mid-April—only to be told I was no longer being considered. Then I was told I couldn’t reapply for another six months—as if this whole process hadn’t already been a massive waste of time.
For a company of AT&T’s size and reputation, this experience was unbelievable. The lack of coordination, accountability, and communication throughout the process was incredibly disappointing. Job seekers deserve better than this.

Interview
The interview process was pretty long, but it did go well as long as you have confident in yourself at the last interview when they do the role play portion.

Question 1
Why are you interested in sales and how would you work in a fast-paced environment?
Not too hard. No complaints. Interviews did a great job. Final interview is a sales role play that takes about 20 mins. Interviews were done virtually which was great. Not too stressful
