The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AT&T in Mar 2012
Interview
Sent in my resume and was contacted by their Staffing Department to have a phone interview. Was told that the phone interview would take about an hour because it would contain both behavioral and technical questions. Phone interview was scheduled for a few days later and happened as scheduled. Fairly straightforward interview with some technical questions that might stump people who didn't pay attention in college classes. Interview seemed to go well; they said I'd hear back within a few days. Got an offer less than a week after the Staffing Department contacted me to be interviewed.

I applied online. I interviewed at AT&T (Bengaluru) in Nov 2024
Interview
consisted of two technical rounds and one hiring manager round, it was an easy process,
very bad experience cleared all rounds then also got rejected , even I was told that I have cleared the interview then also I received the rejection
I had an online technical test with Java/Javascript questions, then a phone interview with 2-3 behavioral questions, then they asked me for one of my projects with a brief description on how I implemented it. Then the in person interview was a behavioral, a tech, and a closure interview. Overall the process was smooth, I didn't get an offer though.
