      U-Verse On Premise Tech Interview

      Nov 5, 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Tulsa, OK
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at AT&T (Tulsa, OK) in Sep 2012

      Interview

The hiring process started with an on-line application. Then followed by an apptitude test. The test could be considered difficult by some. It is a test related to mechanics, physics, math, and word problems. Following the test, you must pass a minimum of 30/50 for lower level jobs and 40/50 for upper, you will receive an email asking you to join them for a "Realistic Job Preview". Dress accordingly and bring questions. If you like the job and they like you then you advance to a Premise Technician Assesment interview. This is not a short process. Be prepared for that.
