Applied for a consultant position, AT&T didn't take the interview instead 3 guys from Value Labs took interview my interview. Interview questions were only on JAVA technology in-spite of mentioning 6 technologies to prepare for, all theoretical questions. Questions difficulty were from easy to mid level.

Overall it was good , process takes 1 wk and mainly focus on backend side . ask some questions on OOPs concepts and hibarnate, Spring, Spring MVC . first scheduled telephonic interview and then after 1 wk scheduled face 2 face interview , it was little difficulty but not much , more focus on real time experience

Interview
Only one interview - applied through MODIS. The initial phone screen was done by the recruiter. MODIS was very involved throughout the process, right up to being there on interview day. There was a drug test, followed by a background check, following which there was a 1:1 interview at this site in Dallas.
