I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Lexington-Fayette, KY) in Aug 2013
Interview
After applying for the position, I waited almost a month to hear back from them. They contacted me and explained the position and the potential amount of money I could make. I then set up my interview with another person a couple days later. The interview itself was fairly easy, it was like having a normal conversation with interviewer. He asked me what my best sale was and what my worst/most difficult sale was. He explained what a normal day would be like and sort of how the commission worked.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Have you ever had negative feedback from a manager on how you handled a sale?
The interview was online and was just me recording the video and answering the questions. There was no human element to it and I did not like that process. Basically, what you do is just get a link to start an interview. Questions popup and then you just answer them by recording a video of yourself.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Henrico, VA) in Oct 2018
Interview
After applying 2 days later I received an invitation to complete a video interview. After completing it took a total of about 2 weeks to get a call to schedule a face to face interview. I went the next day on Friday for my interview which went well. I talked about my prior job experience in sales a little about myself and why I should be chosen to work for their company. On Monday I received a call that I was chosen for the job. Afterwards I had to complete paperwork through email, background check, drug testing ect. Very smooth process I would encourage anybody to apply it’s a really great company with wonderful benefits.
