Interview
First round was a quick 15 min phone debrief, Second round was a take-home coding assignment dealing with OOP that was pretty easy. Third round was a technical interview walking through the assignment (be ready to talk about technical decisions and how to improve), and the last round was a low pressure behavioral interview.

They gave me an OA, which was 3 very easy questions. Then they gave me a behavioral interview, where they asked me situational questions, then a technical which I did not pass.

Very friendly and calm! The interviewer was approachable and understanding of taking time to think through the questions, and the whole process was very transparent. I definitely had a great experience.
