AT&T hosted an interview session at the Rutgers University Career Services center for an engineering position. Overall it was a mass interview with hundreds of people scheduled that day. The process seemed fairly impersonal and was more to meet an interview quota set by the school

Phone, zoom meeting held over video, another zoom, and a phone later on to discuss what their thoughts were from the interview. First I met the less senior and then the senior.
