They really don't ask strenuous questions. Seemed that as long as you came off as friendly, they'll offer you a job. Back when I interviewed there you meet with a recruiter at an ATI near you, and then did a second interview at corporate in Bolingbrook. No drug, TB, or immunization tests ever.
Simple interview. Met with the district director to discuss the role and then met the team and toured the clinic before accepting the offer. Most of the interview was based around my availability for scheduling.
