I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ATI Physical Therapy (Milwaukee, WI) in Feb 2024
Interview
The initial phone interview process was mediocre at best. The recruiter had technical difficulties (which I understand happens, technology is not faultless), but did not communicate this within 30 minutes past the scheduled interview time.
The interview was pretty positive until it came to discussing salary expectations. I offered what seemed fair for someone with 2 years of experience, a master's degree, and added clinical certifications. However, my salary expectations were well above what was to be offered. The recruiter said "well that's a shame, you would have been a great fit" and ended the whole interview. Stated, "if I know anyone that is looking for a similar job, or you change your mind, give them my name and number". There was no chance for negotiation or discussion, simply shut the interview down. No questions asked, no option to go further in the process.

Question 1
What made you want to work in the industrial setting?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ATI Physical Therapy in May 2010
Interview
The biggest problem with the interview process is that it took a lot longer than they orginally outlined. Part of that wasn't their fault because they were negotiating new contracts and needed to know how many people they needed before they started hiring, but the communication through that process should have been better.
