The recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn saying she wants to connect so I set up some time during my busy schedule and she didn't call!!! 7 mins after the scheduled call time, I messaged her on LinkedIn to ask if she's going to call, she responded within 4 minutes that she was pulled into a few meetings and couldn't make the call!! If you have time to respond to my message, then you have time to call me on the phone instead of texting on LinkedIn!! also if you think you cannot make it to the meeting the polite way is to message in advance and reschedule!! so unprofessional! candidates set aside time from their busy schedule to talk to you and learn about your company and this is how you treat them! Anyways we rescheduled and talked the next day but she had absolutely no idea or background about the position and she sounded like a robot reading off the description. she only had high school education with no professional work experience when I checked her LinkedIn so I didn't expect more than that!
