The interview was conducted in-person and lasted about 30 minutes. The questions asked were mostly behavioral in nature (what are your workplace strengths and weaknesses, give an example of your leadership skills, etc.). No technical questions were asked.

Very typical. I interviewed for this position twice, the first time no offer and 2nd time I got the job. The kinds of questions I received were standard- "Why Abbvie", "Tell me about a time when..." etc.
