I applied through my university's career website. I had a phone interview and then was asked to come in for a 2 hour in-person interview. I met with 3 employees and someone from HR. The interviews got slightly off schedule, but everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The process as a whole was a little slow. It took almost 3 weeks before they responded with an offer.
