Interview
Three-stage process: HR screen, team leads, then MD. The interviewers were professional but I found the culture quite rigid. Conversations felt constrained to a narrow way of framing problems, which may suit some candidates but wasn't a fit for me.

Heavy focus on prior experience. Expect to justify and defend specifics in detail rather than give high-level answers.
Good and user friendly. Easy and clear timeliness Provided by the HR. I did not face any challenges during the interview. Even their interview app is easy to use with good connectivity.
