I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture (Mumbai) in Aug 2016
Interview
I applied for Accenture through our campus recruitment drive. There was first an aptitude test, which was more difficult than what was given on all the sites. The test was an adaptive one, and thus, we couldn't go back to the previous questions. It was a little on the tough side, especially the quants section. Since it was adaptive, everyone had different questions. Out of around 250 students, only 74 qualified the test.
The next was a group interview. The HR panel consisted of 2 HRs and there were 5 students in each "group" for the interview. It was very basic generic questions, tell me about yourself, what are your hobbies etc.

Question 1
Like I said, questions were the most basic HR ones. How was your day, why should we hire you, how to unwind on a weekend, and the likes. Just keep your communication skills up to the mark, that's all they check.
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Question 1
Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
