I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Accenture (Mumbai) in Sep 2015
Interview
3-4 rounds depending on the role that you are applying for. At times the recruitment process is very slow. Lack of co-ordination internally too slows down the process from being shortlisted to interviewed to selected until receiving the offer letter. So patience is the key.

The HR round was the first one - Asked about Why I want to join a tech firm and where do I see myself in next 5 years. What are some of your strengths and weaknesses?
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Noida) in Oct 2025
Interview
Very long and confusing. Too many irrelevant questions. The interviewer seems to be from a totally different domain. Had multiple rounds stretched to 4 weeks. Not friendly at all. There is significant scope for improvement in the process.
