Interview
Initial phase consisted of a written exam mainly focusing on the IQ/ Aptitude and IT skills of the candidate.
It was followed by group discussion to check the verbal and analytical ability.
Next was the 1:1 Technical round where the subjest expertise was analyzed.
Final round was a 1:1 personal interview focusing on the personality and confidence of the candidate.

Question 1
According to you, why Accenture and how will we aid your career growth in comparison to other companies?
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
