The process involved three interviews: 1. one-on-one fit interview 2. situational fit interview (phone) 3. two 1:1 behavioural/fit interviews and interaction with HR personnel. No cases were done as part of the interview process. The interviewers were comforting and relaxed. They ranged in their positions and time with the company, however, all had been with the company for six or more years. The in-person interviews were both conducted at the head office, as opposed to a smaller office. Alternatively, the first interview may be conducted on campus for students. Unfortunately, little to no feedback was provided after or during the interview process.
