I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Accenture (Mumbai) in Sep 2012
Interview
It was a campus placement drive in my college. We had 3 rounds:
1)aptitude test-was fairly simple and tests basic IQ.180 out of 600 applicants cleared this round
2)Technical round-questions about my extra-curricular activities were asked. Then some questions on database and datawarehouse .Also be prepared to answer questions on your final year project.
3)HR round-Very friendly interviewer; made me very comfortable and asked me questions regarding relocation and shift choices
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
Had long aptitude rounds followed by 3 coding questions. All were pretty easy. Followed by a 10 minute interview held online, not technical, just asked personal questions. The coding questions had web design (HTML & CSS), basic DSA (python, C# or java)
Initial aptitude round will be there, once after clearing that round we will be moved to next technical round where we have to introduce ourselves
About my project in engineering ,asked to describe it and my role in that
Communication skills were checked
