I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru) in Aug 2017
Interview
It was very simple and nothing technical. I have a mechanical background and hence wasn't asked anything technical. Simple HR questions were asked. The typical questions like why accenture, why it after doing mechanical. They are basically testing your communication skills and enthusiasm levels. They also asked about final year project. There was a group discussion on generic topics. So on and so forth.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.
